What we collect
We collect only the data needed to answer enquiries and process orders:
- Contact details you provide: first name, last name, phone, e-mail.
- Delivery details: city, address, postal code.
- Order contents: products, quantities, price, comment.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via analytics cookies, only with your consent).
Legal basis and purpose
Order and contact data are processed to perform the contract and to contact you about your order. Analytics and marketing data are processed solely on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Payments
Card payments are processed by maib on the bank’s secure page. We never receive or store the full card number, expiry date or CVV. We receive only the transaction result, the masked card number and the payment identifier.
Who we share data with
Data is shared only with providers required to operate the service:
- maib — card payment processing.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Google (Analytics, Ads), Microsoft (Clarity), Meta — only if you accepted the corresponding cookie categories.
- Courier and postal services — to deliver your order.
Retention
Order data is kept for as long as needed to perform the contract and to meet accounting and tax obligations. Data collected on the basis of consent is kept until consent is withdrawn or until the period stated in the cookie policy expires.
Your rights
You have the right to request:
- access to the data we hold about you;
- correction of inaccurate data;
- erasure of data, within the limits allowed by law;
- restriction of, or objection to, processing;
- withdrawal of consent at any time.
