These terms govern the use of contoare.md and the orders placed through it. The seller is SATIR-COM SRL, IDNO 1016600026792, str. Grădina Botanică 4, mun. Chișinău, Republica Moldova. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
General provisions
contoare.md sells water meters, electricity meters and related accessories. All prices are in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Product photographs are illustrative. The binding technical characteristics are those listed in each product description and specification table.
The seller may change prices and availability. The price that applies is the one shown when the order is placed.
Protection of personal data
The data you enter when ordering (name, phone, email, delivery address) is processed solely to fulfil and deliver the order and to meet accounting and tax obligations.
Data is not sold and is not passed to third parties, except those required to fulfil the order: the courier making the delivery and the bank processing the payment.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection. Requests go to officesatircom@gmail.com.
Privacy and cookies

Analytics and marketing cookies are only enabled after your consent via the consent banner. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer.
Placing an order and payment options
An order is placed by adding products to the cart and filling in contact and delivery details. Accepting these terms via the checkbox is required before checkout.
Payment can be made online by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) through maib Checkout, or on delivery where that option is available for your order.
Card details are entered only on the bank’s secure page. The shop has no access to the full card number and does not store it.
Once payment is confirmed you receive an email containing the order number, the merchant name, the amount, the currency, the payment date and the list of products.
Delivery conditions
Delivery is made within the Republic of Moldova by courier, or by pickup from the shops listed on the contacts page.
The estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days from order confirmation for items in stock. For special-order items the timeframe is confirmed by phone.
Delivery cost, where it applies, is shown in the cart before the order is completed.
Return policy
You may return a product bought online within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason, under consumer protection law.
The product must be returned complete and unused, with its packaging and accompanying documents. Meters with a broken metrological seal, or already installed, cannot be returned.

Refunds are issued within at most 14 days of receiving the returned product, by the same method used for payment. Card payments are refunded to the card used.
Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and conditions are stated in the documents accompanying the product.
The warranty does not cover faults caused by incorrect installation, improper use or unauthorised intervention.
